The Christmas stay was good value for money with a central location, and we enjoyed the bonus of a pool and a good continental breakfast. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was let down by the lack of hot water for tea and the constant need to ask for refills. It was also a shame that the breakfast was served in environmentally unfriendly styrofoam and cardboard containers with plastic utensils. Additionally, the room key card system was frustratingly outdated, with constant malfunctions requiring multiple trips to reception.

Great beach location and helpful staff. The breakfast was a nice surprise with fresh fruit, pastries, and yogurt. We enjoyed the convenience of having a car rental place and spa onsite.

We were disappointed that the Korean restaurant was closed during our stay. We found the noise level to be high at night from nearby shops, restaurants, and motorbike rentals. we had a nice romantic escape despite the few drawbacks.

This hotel is located perfectly close to the beach and shopping areas. The room service was impressive, as was the tasty breakfast that was offered. The breath-taking view was a major highlight of my stay, and I enjoyed the leisure facilities especially as a budget-conscious traveler.

There was one significant downside to this hotel - noise at night was a bit disruptive.

We had a lovely romantic escape and found the hotel to be a great base to explore the city. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Our room had a comfortable bed and complimentary Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and pool.

However, we did find some aspects of our stay disappointing. The continental breakfast was quite limited, and the breakfast room lacked ambiance. Additionally, the decor of the room was outdated, and some of the amenities felt cheaply made.

Everything was great during 5 days, liked its fantastic location so close to Honolulu, beach and shops. The staff was accommodating and perfect, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I stayed in perfect room with a pull out sofa, a balcony as expected.

We spend 5 nights in Honolulu lovely. Also, location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from Publics. Besides, it was near to Waikiki beach, restaurants and Honolulu. The room was neat with comfy bed and they provided wake-up service when we asked. The hotel staff was courteous, not annoying.

I had appetising food for breakfast especially with 2 for 1 coupon. The room I booked was kept clean at all times and available with comfy bed. The location was stunning, just 5 min walk from a shopping mall. A reasonably priced hotel, my first choice in Honolulu.

The room was spotless and perfect with comfortable beds and a pull out sofa, for example, and all other comforts. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a plus. The location was favourable close to everything in Waikiki.

I have stayed in queen room with comfy bed and shower, for instance for 4 nights. The staff was HELPFUL, accommodating, and everything was really good.

We had the most very good few days there. We loved that reasonably priced and comfy hotel. Booked brand-new room that was kept clean at all times. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

This good budget hotel is equal to 4 stars. The location is magnificent and incredible, 5 minutes' walk to a shopping mall. And it's nestled in a nice building so close to the shopping mall, shops. All the rooms are accommodating and the staff is efficient.

The rooms with comfy bed. A safe, television and a fridge available.
